Solid Cast Iron side frames consisting of number of ribs, on single piece cast iron base is fitted. All cylinders are cast in one piece and are of treated alloy cast iron and hard chrome plated. Eccentric Swing Arm Grippers provide accurate registration for any stock of paper at maximum speed. A specially designed side lays and front lays takes care of each sheet for true registration. A well designed inking system with 22 rollers arrangement which includes 4 Forme Rollers of different diameters, 4 Rider Rollers, 6 Transfer Rollers and 5 Ink Vibrator Rollers. 5 Roller Dampening system is simple and effective. Machine is Totally Oil Bath. Stream Feeder gives smoothest control of each sl~eet as it approaches the feed board. Double shaet detector, no sheet detector, cross sheet detector~ is provided on feed board for safety. Printing speed depends upon kind, condition and thickness of stock and quality of material used, desired printing quality and other operating conditions. Average printing speed 6100 I.P.H.).
