The aerodynamic design of our booths without any joints but with smooth curves ensures smooth, uniform air flow over the entire cross section of the booth without any troublance. As a result the over sprayed pwder is smoothly sucked into the cyclone without adhering to the walls of the booth. Air laden with powder over spray enters the cyclone with considerable velocity. Due to the centrifugal force acting on the powder particles in the cyclone, the powder gets separated from the air and collects the bottom recovery bin. Thus 95% of the powder overspray is recovered in our booth . Powder having a thickness of less than 5 microns cannt be collected by the cyclone and can be collected by filters at the final exhust.  | ||||||||||||||||
