You will be solely responsible for keeping your password and account details confidential. Furthermore you will entirely be responsible for any and all activities that occur under your account. We do not screen all the contents provided by the member and do not assure any obligations to monitor the contents.

INDEMNIFICATION : Each user indemnifies Business Infotech Pvt. Ltd. (henceforth referred as BITPL), its officers, directors, agents and employees from and against any loss, cost or expense, asserted by any third party due to or arising out of your use of or conduct on the service.

MEMBERS LIMITATIONS : As a member of indiabizclub.com you may not use this site or its services to do any of the following : Submit, list, transmit any material (including items or services) or upload that is illegal, defamatory, abusive, threatening, torturous or harassing. Falsify or delete any information or material appearing on the site. Copy or modify any information on the site. Stalk or harass another individual or group or otherwise violate any local, state, national or international laws, status or regulations.

RIGHT TO BLOCK SERVICES : BITPL hereby reserves the right to remove, reclassify, recategorise or block access to any particular services at any time for any reason or no reason at all and BITPL would not be liable to any users for any such action.

RELATIONSHIPS OF THE PARTIES : Transactions that take place on indiabizclub.com are made directly between the buyer and seller. BITPL is not a direct party to those transactions and does not act as an agent for either the seller or buyer. BITPL and its users act independently in commercial transactions, and no partnership agency, joint venture, employer- employee or franchiser-franchisee relationship is intended or created by this agreement or by any users use of the site.

LIMITATIONS ON LIABILITY : BITPL will not be liable to user for any damages of any kind for any reason including direct, indirect without limitation and consequential damages arising out of or in connection with this agreement, the site or services.

MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS OF SERVICE, MEMBERSHIP POLICIES: BITPL reserves the right to change the terms of services or policies regarding the use of the service at any time and to notify you by posting an updated version of the terms of services on the web site indiabizclub.com. You are responsible for regularly reviewing the terms of service.

TERMINATION : Either BITPL or you may terminate your access by cancelling your membership at any time for any reason or for no reason at all, by sending the notice of termination to the other party. BITPL may terminate any user in the following cases:

The user submits any false information to indiabizclub.com

The user breaches any provisions of this agreement. If BITPL terminates your membership, you will not have the right to re-enroll or join Indiabizclub.com under a new account or name unless formally invited to do so as are determined by BITPL.

In any case of termination, no membership charges will be refunded.
|

|

11.
|
All levies or impositions by way of taxes and duties by central/state or local government or authorities shall be payable extra by the member if levied by any authority in future.

12.
|
Indiabizclub.com is the property of BITPL.
|
|
|
13.
|
Any dispute arising will be subject to Pune Jurisdiction only.
|
|
|
14.
|
Loss/damage due to loss of connectivity or technical problems will not be the company's responsibility.

|
15.
|
A member doesn't have any rights direct or indirect related to transfer of membership.
|
|
|
16.
|
Upon death of a member the rights and responsibilities of the membership are passed on to his/her nominee, if any.

17.
|
In case of any physical gift/product offered with indiabizclub.com membership package, shall not carry any warranty from BITPL. Terms of warranty applies of the manufacturer of the product only.
