AMBIKA WOOD INDUSTRIES (P) LIMITED – The Company was established in the year of 1985, having its Head office at Chromepet, Chennai and now we have our Branches, Godown & Timber Yard at Chennai, Tuticorin, Shencottah & Trichy. The Company was started and led by Mr. Karsan Narayan Patel who is having around 30 years of experience in the timber, its trading and saw mill operations. From the year 1985, after the Imports were allowed, AMBIKA WOOD INDUSTRIES (P) LIMITED started importing timber from South East Asian countries, various African countries & countries from American continent, which is being supplied to Traders in Indian states like Tamilnadu, Kerala, Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka etc. In India we have been focusing on trading the Timber firstly in the form Round Logs; secondly as sawn/cut sizes as required by the buyer and thirdly in the form of any products like frames for doors & windows, raw reeper boards for making the block board; hence, very well catering to the needs of whole sale and retail traders. In order to increase our market share in retail segment, we are reaching now directly to all well established Companies / Builders / Contractors to supply our good quality timber and timber Products. In case of Hard Wood, we are one of the Leading Importer, Stockist and Supplier of Various types of Teak Wood species mostly from the countries of the continent of Africa and America and other hard woods like Padauk, Sal, Merbau, Meranti, Beli, Belinga, etc., In case of Soft Wood, we are importing Pine Wood from the countries of Australian continent and European continent and been supplying to traders and manufacturers of packing materials, furniture & musical instruments to many public and private organizations to their entire satisfaction; Needless to write we maintain high quality, Proper Schedules and Proper Feedback to Client at most economical price. Since our inception in the year 1975, we have come across a long way with the support of our skilled team of craftsmen, saw-mill labors and other staff.
