We provide Services of electrical training courses including city & guilds 2377, 2381 and 2391 in support of the requirements of the buildings regulations part p and the competent person scheme.

Part P :-
As of 1st January 2005 all electrical work on domestic dwellings must be carried out by a registered competent person who must provide certification for the work registered through a recognised scheme or through the local authority building control department.

City & Guilds: We offer City & Guilds courses 2377, 2381, 2391 and 2400 covering Portable Appliance Testing, 16th Edition Regulations, Inspection and Design.

Practical's :-
Practical's involve the use of practice rigs where the candidate is required to simulate operations such as the completion of minor works as well as exercises associated with periodic and installation testing.

Part P one-day courses designed to update trainees on the use of test equipment and the completion of Minor Works and Installation Certificates.
Short courses for industry, for example, Electricity at Work Regulations, Safe Isolation Procedures, Minor Works Testing and Inspection, Safe electrical maintenance procedures and practices and all the above listed courses.
Training Centre: Courses are conducted at the Thames Valley Chamber of Commerce training facility located on the Slough Trading Estate, Berkshire.

Becoming A Competent Person: Taking any of these electrical training courses will not in itself make you a competent person. These training courses are aimed at providing you with the recognised qualifications that you will need in order to apply to be a registered competent person through a recognised scheme.
