CA 17 International is the consulting arm of the Chamber of Agriculture of Charente-Maritime providing technical services in rural and local development overseas. Charente-Maritime is a leading European region in sustainable agricultural production, rural economic development and natural resource management and the Chamber of Agriculture has been a driving force behind the region's rural success story. The company builds on the synergy between the consulting skills of international project managers and the hands-on experience of technical practitioners in the provision of agricultural services for strategic rural development.
