CA 17 International was created in response to demand from international clients wishing to employ services of practitioners in 'people based' integrated rural development. CA 17 International is the consulting arm of the Chamber of Agriculture of Charente-Maritime providing technical services in rural and local development overseas. Charente-Maritime is a leading European region in sustainable agricultural production, rural economic development and natural resource management and the Chamber of Agriculture has been a driving force behind the region's rural success story. The company builds on the synergy between the consulting skills of international project managers and the hands-on experience of technical practitioners in the provision of agricultural services for strategic rural development.
