Digica Inc. Is an American owned provider of Managed Services for Mid-range Servers & Desktop equipment. Based in Branchburg, New Jersey, we have a Data Center facility which was purpose built for the housing and running of Mid-range servers in January 2000. There are now more IBM iSeries under our direct management than in any other Data Center on the East coast. Digica's core strength is the ability to provide cost effective Managed Services as an alternative to traditional in-house or outsourced solutions. This is possible due to our investment in automated management tools and their implementation across the large number of servers & desktops in our Customer base. This "economy of scale" is rarely possible for an end user, who may have a single IBM iSeries and/or an Intel Server or two. This is why Digica are such a viable alternative to in house teams. These teams can then be re-focused onto projects which will drive the Customer organization forward. Automation is the driver for cost effective delivery, but Digica recognizes that, ultimately, it's people that make the difference between good and excellent service. That's why we make sure our delivery teams and management are integrated into our Customers environments and act as an extension of their IT team. You ll find the transition process to Digica's Managed Service has a strong bias towards meeting our team and putting faces to the voices you and your users will be hearing for years to come.
