We Provide services of Every Project has its own specific conditions and parameters that are specified in a Contract. These are described as accurately as possible to cover every possible situation. However, it is practically impossible to deal with every hypothetical situation that may arise. For this reason it is then understandable that during Project Execution, changes may have to be made. Amendments to the Contract, whether it is a change of Scope, time or equipment, will almost inevitably result in a potential for Claims. Additional Costs resulting out of these Changes are also logical. The decision, however, as to who bears these costs, is not so easily made. A solution can only be found through discussion with all parties involved.

1. Claims Management :- Claims Management is the systematic Identification, Collection and Documentation of initially unknown valid Contractual Entitlements as well as pursuing or defending them through Effective Negotiation.

Claims Management Phase 1 :- We analyse the historic project events, so as to identify the essential facts affecting commercial project performance. Identify and quantify the strong and weak points of any potential claim issue, including alternatives if viable, Determine realistic targets as to achievability of these issues, Formulate various alternative strategies to be pursued so as to achieve optimum results.

Claims Management Phase 2 :- GibConsult will prepare your contractual entitlements in the form of a professional document, which will play an important role in the successful conduct of your negotiations. It will contain amongst others, the following :- a chronological analysis of all essential issues affecting the project in a positive as well as negative manner.
A detailed analysis of your contractual rights and obligations, a detailed analysis of your client's rights and obligations, an analytical valuation of all issues concerning delays and other time consequences, an analytical valuation of all issues concerning financial and other commercial consequences, a solid but self-explanatory summary of all relevant issues.
