After two years of development work they introduced and began marketing an enterprise resource planning program for the technical wholesale and retail industry. In 1997, Lobster Technology Holding AG, the parent company at that time, founded the software house, ?mention Software GmbH. ? With a lot of zest and know-how mention has been able to attain a solid position in the SMB segment and currently employs about 10 people. More than 390 companies are using mention software. Our satisfied customers include: Memory Solution GmbH, Cobbit Computer Handels GmbH, MaxPoint, Extra Computer, Expo 2000 Hannover GmbH, NetFactory GmbH, Crane Computer, Skycom and many others. Mention software products are especially designed for customers in the technical industry with 5 to 250 users. Currently the portfolio not only incorporates the solution for enterprise resource planning, but it also comes with fully integrated online shopping, helpdesk, CTI (integrated telephony), tracking, document management, cash register linking for the retail industry, financial management and asset accounting, shop floor billing, serial number administration etc. Our goal is to offer our customers and partners state-of-the-art products that are continuously undergoing development to meet the market?s needs.
