I have also done three year diploma in Naturopathy and Yoga from Gandhi National Academy of Naturopathy, New Delhi. I am practicing and teachingYoga over the period of past 8 years. After imbibing various aasana and pranayams I started teaching yoga as freelance instructor in Gurgaon. In yoga camps were well received by people, nearly 200 people attended my yoga camp held at Aligarh (UP) in 2012. In Feb 2015, I was invited by Gems of Yoga Dubai (UAE), a leading yoga centre in Dubai as senior Yoga Instructor. I successfully conducted various yoga therapy sessions, stress management sessions for general public as well corporate houses in Dubai. Now I am giving my services in Gurgaon.
