We started our operation in 1974 under the banner TEXCO with concentration on exporting Bangladesh Leather to International market as a professional trading house. On the other hand the RMG wing was operating under the banner Fashion De Bay. In the year 2001 the corporate body was enlisted with the joint stock company as a private limited company and both the Leather and RMG wing are also operating under this new corporate identity - Soft Cottage Ltd.
