The company commenced its operations in 1982-83 by taking over a sick unit. And Since then it has continuously put in immense, dedicated and sincere efforts therein to attain the size and stature it enjoys today. SPPL is primarily engaged in toll Manufacturing activities including manufacturing, formulations and repacking of Agrochemicals and Allied chemicals. The Company has entered into the business of formulation and repacking of animal healthcare products i.e. ectoparaside since 1999 ' 2000 and is associated with some of the major companies in animal healthcare business e.g. Virbac Animal health care (India) Pvt. Ltd, Novartis India Ltd., Ranbaxy Laboratories etc. 1. Hazardous waste generated from all the three units is sent for incineration at Nandesari Environment Control Ltd. approved by Gujarat Pollution Control Board. 2. There are approximately 700 trees across three units. We have a plan to plant additional 200 trees during the year 2006-07.
