Products & Services

Manufacture everyday products including automotive components, foam for furniture and nonwovens used in disposable nappies.
Cellular polymers (flexible polyurethane foams) including polyether and polyester foam in block and roll, visco-elastic foams, moulded foam, reticulated foam, rebond foam, expanded polystyrene, latex foam, speciality and impregnated foam. As well as foam conversion, specialist lamination & finishing and carpet underlays.
Thermoplastic sheet including ABS, PP (including thin gauge), PEHD, PC, HIPS, PET, PMMA, PMMA/ABS and monofilanents.
Compounded polymers including TPEs, polyvinyl chloride, PA6, PA6.6, PBT, ABS, PC, PP, PE, colour masterbatch, liquid polyurethane systems, plasticisers, polymer latices and adhesives.
Nonwovens including chemical, thermal and mechanical bonded nonwovens and twisted and texturised yarn.
