Products equipments in our side, such as cupolas, frequency induction furnaces, electric furnaces, molding machines, resin-bonded sand molding line and heat treatment manufacture aluminium die-castings and zinc alloy die-castings. There are 125T, 160T, 180T, 250T and 500T die-castings machines and kinds of aluminium -castings is above 500T per year.
Machining :-
Equipments：Lathes, milling, drilling, boring, grinding, broaching machines and planers . The lathes and milling machines are equipped with CNC systems, as our factory makes economic type of CNC systems. We can manufacture products of different shapes. Gear making equipments: Gear hobbing, shaping, shaving, honing and grinding machines. We can produce spur, bevel, helical, spiral gears be used. We can manufacture the moulds of plastics by CNC moulds making machines to meet requirements of different shapes and keep the sizes of plastics are correct.
Forgings :-
The forging machines are air hammers 150Kgs, 250Kgs, 560Kgs, 750Kgs and 1000Kgs; hydraulic press 160T, 200T, 315T, 630T; friction press 630T; and the band saw machines for cut materials....
