The NIR image grabbing system can get NIR information from the raw material. This system expand the application range of color sorter spectrum and achieve the color sorting of some infrared-sensitive material
Use the color CCD image acquisition system to acquire the comprehensive information of red, green and blue color. The color sorter has the sensory ability of human eye, making better selection of materials , and satisfying the requirements better;

The IR color sorter machine have color LED illumination system and NIR wide spectrum illumination system
For different raw material, the Color LED illumination system can choose use different spectrum for the illumination to increase the contrast and increase the precision of information acquisition. The LED illumination system has the cooling system, so the system has the long lifetime, low energy consumption and high performance
The NIR wide spectrum illumination system uses the Germany imported light source. This light source also has uniform illumination, high brightness, low energy consumption and stable property.
