Injection molding refers to that the plastic box holder of the electronic connector is made by injecting molten plastic into the metal film and then rapidly cooling to form. Other defects include the filling or partial plugging of connectors, which must be kept clean and unobstructed for proper insertion of pins during final assembly.
The final stage of electronic connector manufacturing is final assembly. There are two ways to assemble the electroplated insert needle and the injection box seat: the first is to insert the needle separately, which means to insert a needle each time. The second method is combined pair insertion. It means to connect multiple pins to the box base at the same time. No matter which connection and insertion method is adopted for assembly, make sure that all the pins can not appear any leakage and positioning must be correct.
