PBC 8000 Pinch Bag Closer

Bag Top Former With Stop 60010N
The bag moves in front of a sensor opening the guides. The bag is stopped by the bag stop installed on the conveyor. The fingers move down to stretch the bag's top. The bag is afterwards guided into the infeed of the closing system.

TOS 3000 SL Combined Closures
Entering the TOS 3000-SL, a 60mm paper tape will be applied over the top and both sides of the bag. The tape is a pre-coated paper tape with either a hot melt adhesive coating or a polyethylene coating depending on applications. At the same time, the inner liner is closed by reactivation by these radiant heaters (radiation transfer) through the outer paper bag.
TOS 3000 SW Combined Closures
The bag must first go through a specially designed and separate sewing system called MOS. The bag’s top will be trimmed and then sewn. A blowing system triggers the action of the clipper knife, realizing a very short thread chain after the closure, at the exit of the MOS. Then the bag enters immediately the TOS 3000-SW where a 60mm wide paper tape is applied instantly over the top and both sides of the sewn sides of the bag. The tape is a pre-coated paper tape with either a hot melt adhesive
